The Anxietycentre, and specifically my therapist, Sheri, gave me my life back when I had no hope.

My anxiety and panic attacks were at a point where my quality of life was severely affected. I felt hopeless and saw no way out. Between the stress of Covid, the loss of both my grandma and best friend in the same week, and then the loss of my dad a few months later, I was an absolute mess. I wasn’t functioning well, could barely do my job, and was not being the wife or mother my family deserved.

I had been to countless therapists in the past, and none had ever come close to helping me manage my stress, anxiety, or panic attacks. Sheri changed my life! She helped change the way I think!

It wasn’t overnight, and it took work on my part, but she helped me more than she will ever know. She gave me real things to practice and put in motion, and I started to see glimmers of light at the end of the tunnel. I started accomplishing steps slowly. I flew for the 1st time in 4 years unmedicated with her help. I now fly with no anxiety.

Slowly but surely, I began to use the tools she gave me, and my stress became manageable, my panic attacks became less and less and my overall anxiety was diminishing. I’m proud to say I just graduated from the program because I no longer have anxiety or panic attacks at all. I would never be where I am today without the help from her and God.

I’m so grateful I found her and urge you if you are suffering, please give anxietycentre.com a chance. It’s truly life-altering! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
