I’m Forever Grateful to my Therapist “Sheri Vincent”.  Thank you for taking the opportunity to work with me. Your insightful questions, exercises and “homework” made me confront things that had been hiding in the background of my life. Your calmness, dedication, and commitment have been inspiring and joyful to work with you.

I have experienced severe anxiety, and this therapy allows me to build resilience and empowers me to overcome these hurdles. I feel like I’m moving forward with my life for the first time in years. This has given me the ability to enjoy life now for what it is.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
