A big thank you to the Anxietycentre and therapist, Sheri Vincent. Having a therapist like Sheri, who has experienced and recovered herself from all the difficulties anxiety disorder can bring, made the difference.
If you are tired of struggling and ready to get your life back, use a therapist and commit 100% to their advice, and the new you will return. And you’ll find the new you will be better than the old you.
It’s hard work, but they’ll help you understand and view anxiety with a whole new mindset.
Thanks, Anxiety Centre and Sheri, for giving me the information I needed to start the healing process and live my life with the optimism of learning and improving each and every day.

Common Anxiety Symptoms
The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
