Sheri has been the essential component of my recovery from anxiety disorder. It was hard at first, but we kept at it. I no longer suffer from anxiety disorder.
I feel like I could not have done it without Sheri. I worked in various ways to address my anxiety over a decade, but working with Sheri gave me hope and delivered the recovery I wanted.
Anxietycentre’s premise that anxiety can be cured, and that the Anxietycentre has the process that makes this happen is such a critical message to those suffering.
There is hope. You will feel better. And I am so happy Sheri shepherded me along that journey.

Common Anxiety Symptoms
The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
