Good Spiritual Health for Good Mental Health

Near-Death Experiences prove humans are body-soul entities, and that life after death is real. Ignoring the spiritual aspects of life is ignoring a significant aspect of life since life extends after death.

To attain good mental health, we must include our spiritual health.

The research and evidence from NDEs, particularly veridical NDEs, provide compelling proof that humans are body-soul entities. This conclusion is supported by:

  • Verified accounts of individuals accurately reporting events and information they could not have known through physical means while clinically dead.[1][2][3]
  • The failure of purely materialistic explanations to account for the full range of NDE phenomena.[2][4][5]
  • Cross-cultural consistency in NDE reports suggest a universal experience beyond cultural conditioning.
  • Cases where individuals encounter deceased persons whose deaths were unknown to them at the time.[1][2][3]
  • The ability of NDE experiencers to accurately describe complex medical procedures and conversations that occurred while they were clinically dead.[1][2][3]

These factors, taken together, strongly indicate that consciousness can exist separately from the physical body, supporting the concept of humans as body-soul entities. This evidence challenges purely materialistic views of human consciousness and suggests a more complex understanding of human nature that includes a non-physical component (soul).

The evidence and conclusions also provide strong support for the belief in life after death[6][7], and the importance of viewing life from a body-soul perspective and its implications for overall mental health and well-being.[8]

Recovery Support

The Recovery Support area of our website contains thousands of pages of important self-help information to help individuals overcome anxiety disorder, hyperstimulation, and symptoms.

Due to the vast amount of information, including a private Discussion Forum, many of our Recovery Support members consider it their online recovery support group.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
