Disclaimer:

This Top Ten list is based on what we've experienced and seen in our practice and the comments we received on a previous video.

This doesn't mean other anxiety symptoms can't be severely impactful because they can.

Since each body is physically unique, each person can have a unique anxiety symptom experience, where one symptom might severely impact one person and minimally impact another.

This Top Ten list should not detract from the seriousness of the symptoms you are experiencing.

Anxiety disorder and its symptoms can significantly impact a person's life no matter the symptom or symptom sets you experience.

All anxiety symptoms have the potential to impair a person's life.
