Hi Jim, I recently found your website I believe 3 weeks ago was my first subscription and I just renewed this week, I started feeling so much better in these 3 weeks but these last 3 days I feel like I’m going backwards. My question is, should I reread Level One recovery until a therapist is available because all your therapists are currently booked up?
Well, what I suggest you do, is focus on stress reduction. Since you already know the concepts of Level One recovery, it’s better to focus on stress reduction since anxiety symptoms are symptoms of stress.
Feeling worse is common in recovery so reducing stress would be your number one goal to get those symptoms back down again.
And regarding a therapist, I suggest you put your name on a waiting list because clients who are on waiting lists get served before therapists open up.
