If a person wants to overcome their anxiety issues, does it matter how long a person has struggled with unhealthy anxiety?

No, it’s doesn’t matter how long a person has struggled with anxiety issues, they can still overcome it.

Since anxiety is caused by behavior, which can be changed, a person can make those changes at any age and time. It doesn’t matter how long a person has had issues with unhealthy anxiety.

We’ve had people come to us in the 80s after a lifetime of anxiety problems and still had great success.

In fact, one elderly woman moved through the program in record speed. She was tired of living every day as an anxious wreck.

So again, no. It doesn’t matter how long a person has struggled with anxiety issues. Healthy behavioral change is available at any age.

Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
